🌐 Website Use
By using this website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit the use of this website by any third party.
Fraudulent activity, attempted unauthorised access, malicious interference with the website, introduction of harmful software or deliberate disruption of our services is prohibited.
We may temporarily restrict or suspend access to the website where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, technical reasons or to protect Homelyco Ltd, our customers or third parties.
🛍️ Products & Orders
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, availability and other information displayed on the website are accurate and up to date.
All products are subject to availability. Product images are intended to represent the goods as accurately as reasonably possible, although minor differences in packaging, appearance or colour may occur where they do not materially affect the product supplied.
When you submit an order through the website, you are making an offer to purchase the products included in that order. An automatic order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
A contract between you and Homelyco Ltd is formed when we expressly confirm acceptance of your order or dispatch the goods, whichever occurs first.
Before an order has been accepted, we may refuse it for reasonable reasons including product unavailability, inability to authorise payment, materially incorrect or incomplete order information, suspected fraudulent activity or an obvious pricing or product information error.
If payment has already been taken for an order that we are unable to accept, the relevant amount will be refunded using the original payment method.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights in relation to goods that are faulty, not as described, not of satisfactory quality or otherwise fail to comply with applicable UK consumer law.
💳 Pricing & Payments
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes where required. Standard delivery within the United Kingdom is free of charge on all orders.
The total amount payable will be clearly displayed before you submit your order.
Payment is accepted by supported debit or credit card only, as displayed during checkout.
Card payments are processed securely through third-party payment service providers. Payment may be subject to authorisation and security checks by your card issuer and the relevant payment provider.
We do not charge an additional fee solely for paying by a supported consumer debit or credit card.
We may change prices displayed on the website at any time before an order is placed. Once an order has been accepted, the agreed price will not be changed retrospectively, except where required or permitted by law.
If we discover an obvious pricing error before accepting your order, we may contact you to give you the opportunity to purchase the product at the correct price or cancel the affected item.
🚚 Delivery
We offer free standard delivery across the United Kingdom on all orders.
Homelyco Ltd organises and carries out the fulfilment and delivery of orders through Homelyco Delivery, its dedicated in-house delivery service. Homelyco Delivery forms part of Homelyco Ltd and is not a separate legal entity or third-party courier.
Our estimated total delivery time is 3–5 working days following order confirmation.
This estimated delivery period consists of 1–2 working days for order processing and preparation, followed by approximately 2–3 working days in transit after dispatch.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank and public holidays.
Delivery timeframes are estimates unless a specific delivery date or period has been expressly agreed with you.
Unless a different delivery period has been expressly agreed with you, we will deliver goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 30 days after the contract is entered into, in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
Homelyco Ltd remains responsible for the goods while they are being delivered through Homelyco Delivery, until the goods come into the physical possession of you or a person identified by you to receive them.
If a delivery is delayed, lost, damaged or incomplete, your rights will be dealt with in accordance with applicable UK consumer law and our Delivery Policy.
For more information, please refer to our Delivery Policy.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
If you are purchasing as a consumer online, you generally have the legal right to cancel your order without giving a reason. You must notify us of your decision to cancel within 14 calendar days, beginning the day after you, or a person identified by you, receives the goods, subject to any statutory exceptions that may apply.
Where an order contains multiple goods delivered separately, the cancellation period generally runs from the day after the final item is received.
Once you have notified us of your cancellation within the applicable 14-day cancellation period, you have a further 14 calendar days from the date of your cancellation notice to return the goods to us.
For eligible change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for arranging and paying the direct cost of returning the goods. You may choose a suitable carrier or delivery provider, and the cost will depend on the carrier and service you choose. Homelyco Ltd does not apply a fixed return shipping charge for change-of-mind returns.
If goods cannot normally be returned using a standard postal service, you should contact us before arranging the return so that we can provide the appropriate return information and any information required by applicable UK consumer law.
Where a return is required because the goods are faulty, damaged due to a matter for which Homelyco Ltd is responsible, incorrectly supplied, not as described or otherwise fail to comply with your statutory rights, Homelyco Ltd will arrange the return or bear the necessary and reasonable cost of returning the goods.
Your cancellation rights are separate from your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described, not of satisfactory quality or not fit for their intended purpose.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, consumers may have a short-term right to reject qualifying faulty goods within 30 days and may also have rights to a repair, replacement, price reduction or final rejection depending on the circumstances.
Where permitted by law, we may withhold a cancellation refund until we have received the returned goods or you provide acceptable evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Any refund due following a qualifying cancellation will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after we receive the returned goods or, where applicable, after you provide acceptable evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise.
For full information about cancellations, return arrangements, exclusions and refunds, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy.
Nothing in our Returns & Refund Policy or these Terms and Conditions restricts your statutory consumer rights.
📦 Order Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information provided when placing an order, including their name, contact details and delivery address, is complete and accurate.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the information where possible before delivery is arranged.
Incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer may result in a delay or unsuccessful delivery attempt. However, nothing in this provision removes or limits Homelyco Ltd's legal responsibility for the goods while they remain at our risk or affects your statutory consumer rights.
⚠️ Liability
We are responsible for losses that you suffer as a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms and Conditions or our failure to exercise reasonable care and skill where required by law.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for losses caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control where we have taken reasonable steps to minimise their effects.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or liability relating to your statutory consumer rights.
We do not exclude or restrict our responsibility for supplying goods that are faulty, not as described, not of satisfactory quality or otherwise fail to meet the standards required by applicable UK consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Personal data may be processed where necessary to administer orders, process payments, arrange deliveries, provide customer support, maintain website security and comply with our legal obligations.
For further information about how we collect, use, retain and share personal data and about your data protection rights, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

If you are a consumer resident in England or Wales, proceedings may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live.
Nothing in this section is intended to restrict your right to bring or defend proceedings in a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
