Safety Information

• Read and follow the manufacturer's operating and safety instructions before using the appliance.

• The VapoHydro function combines steam with hot water. Take particular care when using this function to avoid contact with hot water or steam.

• Never disconnect accessories while steam is being released. Hot water may drip from accessories when they are disconnected.

• Use the child safety lock when appropriate to help prevent unintended operation of the steam gun.

Water & Maintenance Safety

• Fill the removable water tank with tap water or a mixture of tap water and no more than 50% distilled water.
• Do not use pure distilled water, collected rainwater, tumble-dryer condensate, detergents, fragrances, vinegar, solvents or other additives in the water tank or boiler.
• Do not operate the appliance without water, as this may cause overheating.
• Only carry out descaling when the appliance is switched off, unplugged and cooled down.
• Do not operate the steam cleaner while descaling solution is present in the boiler.
• Do not use vinegar or similar substances for descaling; use products specified by the manufacturer.
• Do not operate the appliance below 0°C. Protect it from rain and store it indoors in a dry, frost-free location.
• Before steam-cleaning sensitive materials, test heat and steam resistance on an inconspicuous area.

Disposal & Recycling

Packaging materials should be recycled where appropriate. At the end of the appliance's useful life, do not dispose of it with general household waste. Take it to an appropriate electrical and electronic equipment collection or recycling facility, or use an applicable retailer take-back service.
