🐾 Personalised feeding for every pet
The SureFeed Microchip Pet Feeder Connect is an intelligent selective-access feeder designed to give the correct pet secure access to its food. It recognises a registered identification microchip or Sure Petcare RFID collar tag and opens the lid automatically when the authorised pet approaches.
When the pet moves away, the lid closes again to help prevent other animals from stealing the food. This makes the feeder particularly useful in multi-pet households and where different pets require separate diets or controlled portions.
⚖️ Accurate portions with integrated scales
Integrated scales weigh the food as it is added. LED portion guides help you reach the selected serving weight with accuracy to within 1 g, making everyday portion control clear and consistent.
The feeder can be configured for one food type using the full bowl or for two different food types using the two half bowls. It is suitable for wet food, dry food or a combination of both.
📱 Connected feeding insights
When connected through a Sure Petcare Hub, the feeder sends information to the Sure Petcare app. The app allows you to review:

- 🕒 Feeding times and visit duration
- 🔁 Feeding frequency and daily patterns
- 🥣 Bowl top-ups and remaining food information
- ⚙️ Portion settings, food type and lid-closing delay
- 🔔 Feeding activity and product notifications
The Hub connects to your home router using the supplied Ethernet cable and can support up to ten compatible Sure Petcare connected products.
Hub requirement: The “Without Hub” option is intended for customers who already own a compatible Sure Petcare Hub. The Sure Petcare app, notifications and connected feeding data cannot be used without a Hub.
🔐 Microchip-controlled access
The feeder works with all common pet identification microchips and can store up to 32 pet identities. One Sure Petcare RFID collar tag is supplied for pets that are not microchipped.
A training mode allows the lid movement to be introduced gradually, helping pets become comfortable with the feeder at their own pace.
🥣 Keeps food protected and fresher
The 400 ml bowl is suitable for wet and dry food. When the lid closes, the bowl's integrated seal helps reduce exposure to air and flies, keeping food protected and fresher between visits.
The bowls, bowl supports and mat are removable for convenient cleaning. The electronic feeder base should be wiped with a damp cloth and must not be immersed in water.
🔋 Battery-powered flexibility
The feeder is powered by four C-cell batteries, allowing it to be positioned without requiring a nearby power socket. Typical battery life is approximately six months under normal use, and a low-battery indicator warns when replacement is required. Batteries are not included.
